Membership
Membership is open to the legal owners of any residence located on lots surrounding Blue Stem Lake. Membership is continuous with the property.

Member Dues
Member dues are assessed annually in January and are currently set at $350.00 per member for the maintenance and upkeep of Blue Stem Lake and its spillway, dam and common areas. For futher details, members should refer to the Bylaws and Lake Rules or contact us at bluestemlakehoa@gmail.com.
